The new research and studies coming out support High Intensity Interval Training as one of the best ways to workout. The best thing is it only take around 20 minutes which includes the warmup and cool down. You warm up for 5 min by walking then you do 30 second fast as you can then 90 seconds very slow. You repeat this for 4-8 times depending on your level of conditioning. I run but some but some people use a recumbent bike or other fitness equipment. Do this 2-3 times a week. The research is showing an increase in growth hormone after this type of exercise. Another tip is to not eat any carbohydrates or sugars with in two hours of this type of exercising because it will stop the release of the hormone.
